Today is Sunday, November, 29th and we traditionally summarize the last trading week.
At the end of the week we came with a short position in Natural Gas and have closed position in T-bonds.
30-yr T-BONDS – closed position
SetUp to buy for 30-yr T-Bonds was published in the weekly trading plan W48. It is important to pay attention to the net positions of commercial. They are at historical highs. This means the possible start of a global trend here.
Our deal was opened on Wednesday. On Friday we had to leave the position due to the rollover to a new contract. The position is closed at breakeven.
We managed to close the position with a small plus on the small account. Profit is $157.
In general, the new bond contract can be keep for a few more days. Since now are statistical good days for a long position. But keep in mind that trading day 20 is not very good for a long position.
NATURAL GAS – open position
SetUp to sell for natural gas was published in the weekly trading plan W46. This pattern works every year. Look how the natural gas price went down last year. In previous years it was the same situation.
On the daily chart, we see that the impulse has already taken place. Moreover, there was a gap. Then there was a correction and we entered the second correction.
The position was opened this Friday. The position is kept.
That’s all about our trading in this week.
