Certain derivatives clearing organizations, however, may have programs that provide limited insurance to customers. 5. The funds you deposit with a futures commission merchant are not held by the futures commission merchant in a separate account for your individual benefit. 9. Under certain market conditions, you may find it difficult or impossible to liquidate a position. This can occur, for example, when the market reaches a daily price fluctuation limit (“limit move”).
10. All futures, forex and options positions involve risk, and a “spread” position may not be less risky than an outright “long” or “short” position.
11. The high degree of leverage (gearing) that is often obtainable in futures and forex trading because of the small margin requirements can work against you as well as for you. Leverage (gearing) can lead to large losses as well as gains.

We may also impose limits on certain Services or features and/or restrict your access to parts of the Site or to the entire Site in our sole and absolute discretion and without notice or liability to anyone.
2. Services: The Site offers may both free and Paid access Services to Users.(a) Free Access: The Site may now or in the future offer its Users with free limited time or trial access to Data Products free of charge to Users. The scope, access and data available under such free limited time or trial access, shall be subject to change from time to time in IW’s sole and absolute discretion.(b) Paid Access: The Site shall offer Paid access to its Data Products. Paid access may now or in the future be available via a monthly, three month, half year or annual subscriptions. The Site’s subscription fees are explained to Users during the registration process and are subject to change from time to time at our absolute and sole discretion. Please note that any subscriptions or fees that are disclosed to you in the registration process are deemed part of this Agreement. (i) Any changes are effective upon Notice to You. Notice may be provided to You by posting such changes on the Site or by delivering such changes via electronic mail, TXT/SMS messages or any other means that we deem reasonable, in our sole and absolute discretion (“Notice”).
(ii) Credit Policy: You may terminate your access subscription at any time. IW, HOWEVER, WILL NOT REFUND ANY SUBSCRIPTION FEES TO YOU FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER. If you terminate your subscription, your subscription will remain active until the end of your then-current subscription period (that is, the subscription period through which you had paid prior to your cancellation).
3. Registration: In order to subscribe to our Paid Services, you will be required to create an Account. You may never use someone else’s Account. You may also never grant anyone else access to your Account. When creating an Account with the Site, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself (“Registration Data”) as prompted by our registration form. Registration Data may include your e-mail address, user name, password, billing address and credit card information. Visitor/Non-Customer Activity. Account Activity. In order to have access to our Data Products, as defined in the T&Cs and the Services available on the Site, a User must register and setup an Account. We may ask for and collect some PII when you create an Account, including, but not limited to your e-mail address, name and a password, which is used to protect your Account from unauthorized access. We may also collect such PII as your age, gender, street address, telephone number and demographic information. After you setup an Account, we also collect a variety of information and PII depending on the Services you use or engage in such as information on Products you’ve purchased.
Usage Information. We may collect information about your usage, such as when you use the Site, the information you review, the frequency and size of data transfers, as well as information you display or click on in the Site. If you are logged in we may associate this information with your account.
Surveys & Newsletters. We may now or in the future send or run surveys or provide newsletters to our Users. At such time we may request certain PII such as name, email address and demographic information (such as zip code, age, or income level).
Click-Through URLs. In some of our email messages we may use a “click-through URL” linked to content on the Site. When Users click one of these URLs, they pass through our web server before arriving at the destination web page. 3. How do we use the information you provide us? d) We use both your PII and certain non-PII (such as anonymous user data, cookies, IP addresses, browser type, click stream data, etc.) to improve the quality and design of the Site and to create new features, promotions, functionality and services by storing, tracking, analyzing and processing User preferences and trends, as well as User activity and communications.
e) We use information collected during submission of Surveys and signups for Newsletters to send both the information as requested and additional information about our company or Site. Further, the information collected, including any demographics, is used to learn more about the types of people who visit our Site and improve our Services.
If any financial information is collected it will be used to bill you for Services offered on the Site. If you used a credit card to pay for any Data Product or Service on the Site, your credit card information may be subject to verification by the issuing credit card company or other third party company. Unless you give us permission at the time such information is collected, this information will not be used for any purpose except for the fulfillment and record keeping of current and future transactions.
In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, we may choose various third party web sites to link to, and/or frame within the Site.
